Q. When I cannot access a video for a class in the database what am I supposed to do? It says that the content is unavailable.

I need to know what database the film is in, and how you got there.  You may not have been signed in thry our database authorization process.  You might try getting into say, Films on Demand, through our library website, and finding the film that way.
