What do I do if I am in the middle of a test and I am closed out for some reason?

When this happens, the test needs to be reset.  Because resetting tests are something that is at the instructor’s discretion, you will need to contact your instructor. Notify the instructor which class you’re in, the nature of the problem and then ask if the teacher can see the completed submission or if the test needs to  be reset.  Most of the time, instructors will reset the test for students.  If you are having difficulty notifying your instructor (it’s been more than 24 hours and it’s not a holiday or weekend), then contact Bbhelp@allencc.edu and ask them to assist you in getting in touch with your instructor.
