The library has four "study rooms" -- small cubicles where one can have some privacy -- to the left as you come in the front door.  I would prefer to go upstairs, where there is an open area with tables that is often vacant, or if there are students up present they are usually there because they are looking for the same thing -- a less distracting area to study.  One can look outdoors during the day, and there is little traffic to distract one.
