Periodicals are magazines, newspapers, and journals. Peer-reviewed or scholarly journals are those in which the material has been reviewed by others in the field of study and approved to be published in a journal dedicated to a particular topic. To find peer-reviewed articles, click the peer-reviewed box on the first page of the EBSCO databases or after a search, click on the peer review box on the left side under the Limit To section.
